This property is well hidden amongst a mixture of farm land and forests, with no signs of city life in sight. Yet, the state capital is just a 15-minute drive north up I-5. Thurston County's population is 300,000, but you would never know that from the quiet, peace, and scerentiy of this property.
The property has a rolling, mostly-grassy terrain, and on clear days, Mt. Rainer is visible from many parts of the parcel.

There is designated wetlands at the base of this property near the road, and the owner is restricted from future building on any wetlands. However, the owner maintains full ownership over all 20 acres and can use the full acreage for non-building purposes such as farming and raising cattle. Until 2024, cattle were raised on the property and kept the grass cut.
